1	UPFCList	array of strings			The list of all the UPFC devices to be controlled by this controller, If left empty, this control will apply for all UPFCs in the model.
2	BaseFreq	real		Hz	Base Frequency for ratings.
3	Enabled	boolean	True		Indicates whether this element is enabled.
4	Like	string (UPFCControl name) deprecated			Make like another object, e.g.: New Capacitor.C2 like=c1 …
